The Population Health Data Strategist at NC Medicaids QPHE team facilitates a transformative project enhancing data exchange between payors and providers for quality improvement. Responsibilities include but arenot limited to:
Manage the daytoday implementation of QPHE sproject to leverage NC HealthConnex for quality and population healthincluding finalizing the project design leading the implementation oftechnology changes and healthcare provider supports and developing a strategyaround future phases of work.
Support partner engagement and vendormanagement including with the Health Information Exchange Authority Medicaidpopulation health and quality measurement subject matter experts Medicaidanalysts vendor Prepaid Health Plans providers and other divisions inNCDHHS.
Performcomprehensive process monitoring to oversee and adjust technology changes andpolicies as they are implemented.
Ensuretechnology and business partners have formative information to plan and adapttheir work in adherence to best practices current policiesand stakeholder demands.
