In this leadership role you will take charge of SAP Sales processes and guide our SAP Sales team to ensure the successful implementation and continuous development of SAP SD module in ECC and S/4HANA. You will manage the entire SAP Sales process from planning and conception to implementation and ongoing optimization. Acting as a key bridge between our brands sales departments and SAP IT you will drive efficient execution of sales processes and strategic projects to align with business goals.
Tasks
- Own & Lead SAP Sales Implementation: Take ownership of the SAP Sales implementation ensuring seamless integration streamlined processes and continuous improvements throughout the lifecycle of the project. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure the system aligns with business needs.
- Mentor & Lead the SAP Sales Team: Provide strong leadership to the SAP Sales team guiding them through complex challenges while fostering a culture of growth collaboration and innovation. You will support team members with regular feedback training and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
- Design & Optimize Sales Processes: Design optimize and enhance sales processes ensuring the effective execution of processes across various departments. Lead remote and inperson workshops with stakeholders facilitating open communication and driving the implementation of best practices to continuously improve business operations.
- Act as Senior Advisor for SAP Sales Processes: Serve as the Senior Advisor for SAP Sales processes in our S/4HANA transformation project providing expert guidance and leadership on the integration and optimization of the system.
- Collaborate with SAP Module Teams and Business Departments: Drive strong collaboration between SAP module teams and business departments ensuring alignment across all areas of the organization. You will play a key role in facilitating crossfunctional communication and ensuring that sales processes are effectively executed to meet business goals.
Requirements
- 10 years of SAP experience particularly with SAP SD ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- 5 years of experience leading SAP teams.
- Indepth experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP modules.
- Strong analytical thinking & problemsolving abilities with a background in agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable steps and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication & leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Fluent in English (Good command of German would be very welcome).
- Willing to collaborate with global brands and occasionally visit headquarters.
- Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities driving personal and professional growth.
- Experience working in diverse international settings or with global teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a critical and innovative mindset.
