Job Description
About Your Tasks:
- Automate and optimize Retail Media processes identifying new efficiency opportunities.
- Implement new technologies to reduce manual tasks and increase scalability.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Utilize automation tools (e.g. Power Automate AI applications) to design efficient workflows.
- Collaborate closely with international teams (AdTech AdOps Sales & Campaign Management) to standardize and improve processes.
Qualifications :
About You:
- Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in process optimization & workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to critically assess processes.
- Expertise in Power BI & DAX including data modeling and structuring.
- Passion for AI tools and automation technologies.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across different levels.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Experience in Retail Media is advantageous.
