What Youll Do:
As a Program Coordinator (PC) youll be a key member of our team responsible for coordinating essential services that support our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Program Director in maintaining consistent highquality programming
- Stepping in as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) when needed to ensure seamless program operations and highquality care.
- Planning and scheduling engaging program services recreation and activities
- Providing compassionate personcentered care tailored to individual needs.
- Coaching and supporting our dedicated staff
- Facilitating clear and effective communication with staff families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure alignment on care and programming.
- Assisting with finances
- Developing and overseeing educational and vocational programs that promote skillbuilding and independence.
- Writing clear and concise progress reports ISP reports and other necessary documentation.
- Overseeing facility management to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications :
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services Special Education or related field is preferred. Or equivalent training/experience in disability services will be considered
- At least 1 year of experience in disability services adult education or communitybased programs preferably in a day program or vocational setting
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities such as intellectual disability cerebral palsy autism epilepsy
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Adaptable and creative
- Organized with excellent time management capabilities
- Positive role model; able to lead coach and support
- Tech savvy
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
