Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Generate new business opportunities and manage leads within the German market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns targeting Germanspeaking audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends customer needs and potential opportunities for growth.
- Content Creation: Support the development of marketing materials such as social media posts email newsletters and product content in German.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility and recognition through online campaigns SEO social media and other marketing channels.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at events conferences and trade shows to build the brands presence in the market (if applicable).
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in Sales Marketing or a similar customerfacing role.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics SEO social media platforms etc.) and CRM software is a plus.
- Highly organized selfmotivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Knowledge of the German market and customer behavior is an advantage.
