- High School Diploma or Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 25 sales experience.
- Knowledge of plastic materials and injection molding processes is essential.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of plastic production processes is valuable.
- Experience in the plastic industry.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Experience with CRM software and sales strategies.
- To drive revenue growth for their company by selling products or services to customers.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers interested in the companys offerings and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Achieve specific sales goals within designated timeframes typically monthly or quarterly.
