Job Overview
We are seeking a 360Degree Recruiter with a strong background in the Fashion Beauty Consumer Goods Big Box Retail and Digital industries. This role requires a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about recruitment and thrives in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement while maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Fashion Beauty Retail and Digital industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their hiring needs.
- Provide expert recruitment advice and market insights to clients.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Proactively source screen and shortlist toptier candidates.
- Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to placement.
- Conduct interviews evaluate skills and match candidates to suitable roles.
EndtoEnd Recruitment Process
- Manage job advertisements applications and responses.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Handle contract negotiations and compliance matters.
Market Research & Industry Trends
- Stay up to date with emerging industry trends talent movements and new technologies.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Proven 3 5 years of experience as a 360Degree Recruiter within the Digital Consumer Retail Lifestyle Fashion or Beauty industries.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to source and attract top talent through innovative recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- A proactive and resultsdriven mindset with a passion for recruitment.
- Experience working with recruitment CRM and ATS platforms is a plus.
- Willing to work Australian working hours (5 AM 1 PM SA time).
