Are you a dynamic recruiter who s passionate about helping startups find the right talent for highimpact Sales and Account Management roles We re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Consultant** who s a creative problemsolver thrives on challenges and excels at leveraging LinkedIn to uncover talent. This role is perfect for a strategic recruiter who can work independently and is excited to build and shape a recruitment team over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialized Sourcing: Independently source screen and engage candidates for Sales and Account Manager roles specifically within productbased startups primarily through LinkedIn and innovative search methods.
  • Talent Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to both Career One Stop and our clients providing insights on market trends talent availability and best practices in recruiting for highimpact sales roles.
  • Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Utilize LinkedIn and other creative methods to identify passive candidates who thrive in startup environments and can drive growth in Sales and Account Management.
  • Independent Contributor with Leadership Potential: Start as a sole contributor with the opportunity to develop and lead a team focused on finding the best talent for our productbased startup clients.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all parties.

What We re Looking For:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition specifically in hiring Sales and Account Management professionals for productbased or tech startups.
  • SelfDriven & Resourceful: A lone wolf recruiter who can achieve results independently without reliance on job boards.
  • Creative & Resilient: You don t shy away from a challenge. You thrive on finding innovative ways to engage highquality talent who align with our clients growth goals.
  • StartupSavvy: Familiarity with the unique dynamics and needs of productbased startups.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders making a memorable impact on the hiring experience.
