Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized Sourcing: Independently source screen and engage candidates for Sales and Account Manager roles specifically within productbased startups primarily through LinkedIn and innovative search methods.
- Talent Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to both Career One Stop and our clients providing insights on market trends talent availability and best practices in recruiting for highimpact sales roles.
- Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Utilize LinkedIn and other creative methods to identify passive candidates who thrive in startup environments and can drive growth in Sales and Account Management.
- Independent Contributor with Leadership Potential: Start as a sole contributor with the opportunity to develop and lead a team focused on finding the best talent for our productbased startup clients.
- Build Relationships: Forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all parties.
