Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Working hours: Monday Friday 9AM to 5PM ET
Salary Range: $2000 $2500 monthly
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our dynamic software team. In this role you will be instrumental in developing and executing test suites to ensure our application remains a toptier platform for local food suppliers. While prior automation experience is not mandatory a keen interest in learning tools like Playwright is essential as we strive to enhance our test coverage. As our engineering efforts accelerate in 2025 maintaining highquality standards is paramount and your contributions will be vital to our success.

Responsibilities
- Test Development: Design and maintain comprehensive test suites aligned with product requirements and engineering updates.
- Manual Testing: Execute test cases to validate new features and resolve bugs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the QA Manager and Engineering team to facilitate seamless testing cycles.
- Issue Tracking: Identify document and monitor defects through to resolution.
- Developer Interaction: Partner with developers to understand edge cases regressions and potential risk areas.
- Automation Learning: Engage in learning and contributing to automated testing initiatives particularly utilizing Playwright.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve QA methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12 years in a Quality Assurance role.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to testing and quality assessment.
- Passion for Quality: Strong commitment to QA best practices and process enhancement.
- Testing Proficiency: Experience in developing and executing test cases for web applications.
- Tool Familiarity: Basic knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g. Jira Linear or similar).
- Automation Interest: Willingness to learn Playwright or other automation tools (prior experience not required).
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and articulate findings clearly.
