We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst / BI Manager to own reporting and business intelligence in the company. You will ensure datadriven decisionmaking at all levels from Clevel and investors to operational teams. You should be skilled in data visualization deep business analysis and system exploration identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements.
Tasks
What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and create actionable game plans
- Build dashboards and deliver insights using SQL Tableau Excel/Sheets and more
- Maintain and optimize data platforms for seamless reliable data flow
- Address adhoc data requests with speed and accuracy
- Provide critical analysis for business operations working directly with founders
Requirements
Who you are
- 5 years in BI/data analytics in highgrowth environments ideally scaleups
- Expertise in Tableau Power BI or Looker; strong SQL skills (Python/R a plus)
- Proven experience building reporting systems and working with large datasets
- Skilled at creating operational dashboards reports and delivering insights to Clevel executives
- Proactive impactdriven and able to translate data into actionable strategies
- Curious strong sense of ownership strategic thinker with clear and effective communication
- Experience with supply chain or financial data and founder collaboration is a bonus
