Your mission
As our Account Executive youll be the driving force behind our sales growth. Youll own the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals within the midmarket and SME segments. You bring an entrepreneurial spirit thrive in dynamic environments and love the thrill of building something new from scratch. Reporting directly to our CEO whos currently heading sales youll work closely with every department as we build out our processes and expand our reach.

- Strategic Impact:
- Expand Our Market: Create and execute strategies to break into new markets and verticals driving measurable results in customer acquisition.
- Voice of the Customer: Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Refine the Process: Identify gaps and optimize the sales process for better efficiency and impact helping us evolve as we grow.
Who Were Looking For
- SaaS Sales Pro: You have handson SaaS sales experience focused on midmarket and SME clients with quick direct sales cycles not long enterprise deals.
- Startup Ready: Youre proactive thrive in fastpaced environments and love the challenge of building and adapting in a startup where things are still taking shape.
- Proven Closer: With 35 years as an AE youve consistently hit and exceeded your targets. Ideally AE experience makes up 70% of your career.
- SelfStarter: Youve succeeded in earlystage B2B SaaS startups especially in manufacturing and know how to build processes and win with minimal support.
- FullCycle Sales: You generate manage and close your own deals no handholding needed.
- Adaptable: You excel in everchanging environments and actively shape products and processes as you go.
- Aligned for Growth: Youre ready for a competitive OTE with a balanced split and understand this is a handson growthfocused role not a seniorlevel sales management position.
- Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in both German and English you effortlessly adapt your messaging to resonate with our diverse clients ensuring clear and effective communication.

The Tools Youll Be Using
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional: Youll need to be comfortable building workflows sequences and campaigns in HubSpot to drive KPIs.
