Job Description :
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead mentor and manage a team of Field Executives.
Assign tasks and ensure timely execution of field operations.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance performance.
Property Sourcing & Verification:
Identify and verify commercial properties across Mumbai.
Ensure accurate data collection and verification of properties.
Establish and maintain relationships with landlords for smooth operations.
Operational & Data Management:
Maintain and update property details in the CRM system.
Ensure field data collection is accurate and updated in realtime.
Work independently while ensuring smooth coordination with the team.
Sales & Business Support:
Assist the sales team by providing verified property options.
Facilitate property inspections and negotiations with landlords.
Ensure properties meet business requirements before finalizing deals.
