In order to stay client centric multilayered NIQ organization requires crossfunction coordination on client needs ensuring on commitments preemptive client issue management and resolution driving Elevate progress and story and most of all bringing back voice of client to the organization.
Customer Care Mission is to create and sustain a strong foundation and trust in NIQ data to secure and enable growth for our business at the client and for the client.
The Client Support Lead Latam will manage all the above by creating strong bonds with some of the G14/IV25 clients regional headquarters and support on issue management and governance for the region. All this is necessary to sustain stable regional relationships and ways of working as well as protecting the revenue of our core product enabling future growth.
