About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Director of Manufacturing to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations in the glove or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management quality control and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency regulatory compliance and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity efficiency and costeffectiveness while maintaining highquality standards.
- Production Oversight: Manage daytoday manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to production schedules safety standards and quality requirements.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations including FDA GMP ISO and other relevant quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to maintain consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring cost control while maximizing profitability.
- Technology & Innovation: Implement modern manufacturing technologies and automation to improve productivity and competitiveness.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D supply chain engineering and other departments to align manufacturing objectives with overall business goals.
- Team Leadership: Build mentor and lead a highperforming manufacturing team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous learning.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of health and safety among employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Management or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the glove or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of process improvement lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP ISO FDA etc.).
- Experience in managing largescale production facilities and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and highly regulated environment.
