Position Description
As a Technical Writer you will manage and improve Cinemos internal and customerfacing technical documentation. Creating new content reviewing editing and working with deeply technical text are typical in your daytoday. As a part of a small and dynamic specialist team you will enable Cinemo to achieve a more concise standardized and welledited documentation.
In this role you will:
- Create edit and review content for both internal and customerfacing use
- Interact cooperate and cocreate with subject matter experts
- Address customer challenges by creating clear and concise documentation
- Improve existing documentation by acting on internal and customer feedback
- Proactively participate in shaping Cinemos knowledge management strategy
What you will need to succeed:
- 2 3 years of experience in the Software Engineering industry preferably in roles that involve documentation or business analysis
- Outstanding command of both written and spoken English
- Strong writing aptitude attention to detail and excellent consistency
- Strong technical fluency and interest ability to grasp and communicate complex engineering concepts
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision
