Job Description
- Participating in the recruitment process for Head Office and Retail positions.
- Holding the role of a superuser in assigned HR systems.
- Providing operational support for health safety and work environment initiatives.
- Translating and ensuring the quality of training materials.
- Assisting in training sessions as a CoTrainer.
- Managing ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety.
- Knowledge of employment law agreements and regulations.
- Proficiency in English at an upperintermediate or fluent level.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sense of responsibility leadership abilities and a proactive mindset in driving tasks and initiatives.
