Job Description
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Large global mobility industry based in Europe
WORKPLACE:
Lisbon or Porto Portugal (Hybrid work)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining next steps with management and managing backlog;
- Representing the team in different management circles;
- Creating product vision short term and long term;
- Defending team product and roadmap;
- Being closely connected with team individuals and promote positive team attitude;
- Ensure high level of quality outcome;
- Ensure priorities are being followed and projects are on track;
- Being counterpart in case of major incidents;
- Negotiate priorities and schedule budgets;
- Being closely connected to vendors and suppliers with customers and potential future customers;
- Ensure consistency of big Picture.
WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL IN:
- A complete bachelors degree;
- Strong communication skills around consulting and managing requirements negotiation and ability to say no;
- Background and proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect;
- Product Management Skills such as backlog organization requirements management;
- Strong presentation skills e.g. in order to share knowledge and adapt way of presenting to the audience (lean and focused for management vs. technically deep for tech experts);
- High quality and security awareness fun at solving challenging problems and ability for the understanding of complex relationships;
- Understanding Service Management Processes (ITIL);
- Agile mindset with strong commitment to the team and product;
- Open to learn and dive into new technologies;
- Strong political and cultural awareness;
- Knowledge of AWS and Gitlab;
- English skills minimum B2.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with cloud services (especially AWS) and with cloud paradigms and serverless architecture (IaaS PaaS microservice architectures continuous delivery)

- Familiarity with agile methodologies;
- Active participation in Technology communities (talks meetups events tech talks blogs) is a differential as a way to disseminate knowledge;
