Job Description
Job Title: ESL Adults Premium Teacher
Job Type: Fulltime or Parttime
Work Schedule: Fixed shifts 2 days off per week.

Become an ESL Adults Premium Teacher and help adult learners worldwide improve their English for professional and personal growth. Youll deliver lessons that are interactive culturally sensitive and tailored to diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach conversational business and exampreparation English lessons.
- Provide personalized feedback and encouragement to students.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different cultural backgrounds and skill levels.
- Stay updated with professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience.
- TEFL certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- CEFR Level C1 English proficiency or higher.
- Passionate empathetic and culturally sensitive teaching style.
What We Offer:
- Training Stipend: PHP 8000 for 2 weeks of training.
- Salary:
Full time: PHP 35000/month
Part time: PHP 17000/month
