Were looking for an Account Executive (AE) to drive revenue growth and AIpowered sales at VidLab7. Youll manage the full sales cycle convert highpotential leads into longterm customers and collaborate with marketing and customer success to maximize client value. This isnt just another role we need driven professionals ready to shape the future of AIpowered B2B sales.

Tasks

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Own and drive the entire sales process for VidLab7s AIpowered sales and marketing solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls product demos and personalized presentations to showcase the value of VidLab7.
  • Develop tailored solutions to help marketing sales and digital transformation leaders optimize their strategies with AIdriven automation.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor guiding prospects through the evaluation process and positioning VidLab7 as a key revenue accelerator.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs Sales Directors and Growth leaders ensuring longterm partnerships.
  • Use personalized AIdriven messaging and video engagement strategies to drive conversions and increase close rates.

Pipeline & Revenue Management

  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline ensuring high conversion rates from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to track leads analyze sales data and forecast revenue performance.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities driving additional value for existing clients.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with BDRs/SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine messaging create compelling sales enablement materials and enhance AIdriven outbound campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends customer pain points and competitor positioning to improve gotomarket strategies.

Performance & Growth

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets contributing to VidLab7s rapid growth in the AI sales automation space.
  • Stay ahead of AIdriven sales trends and industry best practices leveraging insights to optimize sales approaches.
  • Be a key player in shaping the future of AIpowered sales working closely with leadership to refine strategies and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies including consultative selling valuebased selling and strategic account management.
  • Experience managing midmarket to enterpriselevel accounts with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to track pipeline progress forecast revenue and optimize sales performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs and drive longterm partnerships.
  • Datadriven approach leveraging KPIs sales metrics and analytics to refine outreach and closing strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success Marketing and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Fluent in English.
