Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Find and retain excellent employees.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization’s staffing needs are met.
  • Analyze business plans to determine likely future staffing needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Saudization strategy for the company to meet Nitaqat and Tawteen
  • Maintain comprehensive organization charts and staffing lists to
  • Identify current staffing and vacancy data.

Develop planning models to enable future staffing needs to be determined accurately.

Advise the organization on the staffing implications of new policies, products and services.

  • Develop and maintain information systems to ensure the accurate collection and maintenance of staffing data.
  • Develop procedures to ensure that all data is maintained in an accurate, up-to-date and confidential manner, supports the organization’s policies on diversity and equal opportunities
  • Evaluate Staffing Levels by conduct manpower planning to maintain proper staffing levels.
  • Creating and revising job descriptions and maintains the work structure by updating job requirements for all positions.
  • Plan for Downsizing by prepare a list of the number of employees required by each department and to evaluate which employees to retain and whom to terminate.
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Overseeing exit interviews
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Conduct annual salary market study and surveys or alignment
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget

Desired candidate profile

Experience in HR/ Administrative function: 3 to 6 years
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Job Analysis and Planning

Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions, including the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications.
Creating Job Descriptions: Develop clear and accurate job descriptions based on role specifications to ensure candidates know what is expected.
Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce needs and plan for talent acquisition strategies in line with business objectives.
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates

Job Advertising: Post job openings on various platforms (company website, job boards, social media, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Active Sourcing: Use various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events to actively seek passive candidates (those not actively seeking a job).
Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
Screening and Interviewing

Resume Screening: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates that meet the qualifications and experience required for the position.
Initial Screening: Conduct phone or video interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, cultural fit, and suitability for the role before proceeding to in-person interviews.
Coordination of Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
