Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Lead Conversion to Paid Program Sales)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: FullTime
About the Role:
We are seeking a resultsdriven Inside Sales Specialist to convert leads into successful sales of our paid programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through calls emails and chats to understand their needs and present suitable paid programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments of paid programs by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs & offerings.
- Follow up with leads address queries objections nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel and achieve lead closure with successful sale.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead interactions and status.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in inside sales preferably in education program sales or similar domains.
- Proven expertise in consultative selling and lead conversion.
