This role is responsible for driving the growth of Sealing & Bonding (S&B) sales in EMEA with a strong focus on the Vertical Market Residential while expanding solutions to other Vertical Markets and Projects. The position ensures the successful launch of innovations customeroriented strategies and collaboration across regional and corporate teams to strengthen Sikas position in the market.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the regional S&B strategy ensuring alignment with local regional and corporate teams.
- Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive Vertical Market Residential expand into other verticals and support project sales specification and enduser engagement.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Lead the rollout of new products integrate market trends and promote sustainabilityfocused solutions.
- Training & Best Practices: Organize trainings support local teams with projectspecific guidance and share bestdemonstrated practices across the region.
- Performance Monitoring & Marketing: Assist in sales budget execution oversee dashboards and develop regional marketing and communication tools.
Qualifications :
- Proven technical and market experience in S&B preferably in a global and local position with deep understanding of market trends customer needs technologies construction project requirements and sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive crossfunctional collaboration and deliver impactful results with strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactivity creativity and a passion for innovation with a growth mindset.
