About the Role:
Were looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff / Founders Associate to be the right hand of our CEO and Founder. This is a unique highimpact role where you will work directly with the founder on strategic and operational matters enabling the company to scale faster and more effectively. Think of it as being the adjutant to a commander youll help steer the ship ensuring the team stays on course and the companys vision is realized.
This role is a fasttrack to senior leadership and could evolve into a Country Director role for Thailand or a new market in the future. Its also the best possible stepping stone for anyone looking to become a founder themselves one day offering firsthand experience in building and scaling a company.
Tasks
- Act as the CEOs right hand: Represent the founder in meetings make decisions on their behalf and drive key initiatives forward.
- Drive strategic projects: Lead highimpact crossfunctional projects that align with the companys goals and growth strategy.
- Optimize operations: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Ensure alignment: Coordinate between departments to keep everyone on track and focused on company priorities.
- Handle critical communications: Draft key messages presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support fundraising and partnerships: Assist with investor relations strategic partnerships and highlevel negotiations.
- Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset: Take ownership of challenges think creatively and execute with speed and precision.
Requirements
- Business acumen: Proven experience in business operations strategy or management consulting.
- Leadership: A natural leader who inspires trust and drives results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in fastpaced everchanging environments and take initiative.
- Handson approach: You roll up your sleeves and get things done without needing secretaries or corporate support structures. Think of a role from steering the ship from the bridge as well as going deep into the machine room getting your hands dirty working hard.
- Excellent communication: Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Thai.
