The Role

As the Chief of Staff you will serve as a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team acting as a strategic advisor and operational anchor for the organization. You will ensure that the leadership teams time and energy are spent effectively by managing critical projects overseeing internal processes and streamlining communication across departments. This role requires a dynamic organized and resultsoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership Support: Work directly with the CEO and executive team to help prioritize strategic objectives manage key initiatives and ensure smooth execution of companywide projects.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee crossfunctional projects ensuring timelines goals and deliverables are met. Act as the point person for key initiatives driving alignment across departments.

  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve operational effectiveness and enhance communication between teams. Serve as a key resource for solving complex organizational challenges.

  • Internal Communication: Foster clear transparent and effective communication across the leadership team and with the broader organization. Prepare reports presentations and updates to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Decision Support: Help evaluate and make recommendations on key business decisions ensuring that they align with longterm goals and strategic priorities.

  • Culture and People Management: Act as a bridge between leadership and employees to ensure company culture remains strong and aligned with organizational values. Support team alignment around company vision mission and objectives.

  • Executive Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the executive teams schedules meetings and travel ensuring effective time management and prioritization.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing external relationships and partnerships by ensuring the CEO and leadership team have the necessary context and information for highlevel interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in a senior operations strategy or management role with at least 3 years in a leadership or Chief of Staff capacity.

  • Proven track record of managing crossfunctional projects and teams in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.

  • Strong problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operations finance and organizational management.

  • Ability to think strategically while also being comfortable diving into the operational details to ensure execution.

  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience in the creative or design industry is a plus but not required.

  • Bachelors degree in business management or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Required language(s): English
