This is a hybrid opportunity. Employee will work partial week from home and partial week in office in Manhattan.
This role will funnel the leads to a sales representative to further qualify and close the sale. This position is purely a lead generation role and will not be responsible for further steps in the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective new clients in our Healthcare market (Health Insurance Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals)
- Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive.
- Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services to entice the prospect to learn more about RRD through a discovery meeting.
- Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives to better position RRD services.
- Generate a highvalue sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects
- Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide topclass customer experience
- Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting
- Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation
- Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Communication or related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling.
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner
- Must be goaloriented persuasive selfmotivated and an independent worker
- Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology to organize track and document activity.
- Candidates must be comfortable using multiple techniques and channels for reaching their contact points including but not limited to email phone social media mail etc.

Additional Information :
This role is salary plus incentive program eligible and the current RRD salary range is $50000 to
$150000 per year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the
hired employee and the range may change in the future. At RRD it is not typical for an individual to be
hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon but
not limited to education skills experience proficiency performance shift and location. RRDs benefit
