Job Responsibilities:
I) Growth Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to expand market presence activate new outlets through lead generation and drive customer acquisition.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments through data analysis industry research and competitive benchmarking.
Lead performance marketing efforts leveraging A/B testing funnel optimization and automation to maximize ROI.
Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track analyze and improve marketing campaign performance.
Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO SEM paid ads email marketing and social media) to enhance brand visibility and lead conversion.
Drive partnership and comarketing initiatives with landlords real estate brokers and business communities to accelerate growth.
II) Product Development Strategy & Market Fit
Conduct market research customer feedback analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to refine existing coworking solutions and develop new offerings that align with evolving customer needs.
Test and validate new product ideas implementing pilot programs and gathering data on user engagement and retention.
Develop positioning and gotomarket strategies for new products or service expansions ensuring seamless execution.
Establish metrics to measure product performance ensuring continuous improvements based on user behavior and market demand.
III) Crossfunctional Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing sales and operations teams to align marketing and product strategies with business goals.
Develop and present datadriven reports and insights to senior management providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing customer engagement and the coworking space sector.
Qualifications :
Job Qualification & Requirements:
5 years of experience in growth/product marketing portfolios.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or relevant fields.
Preferably had exposure in real estate coworking SaaS or startup environments.
Proven track record of driving customer acquisition conversion optimization and retention with databacked strategies.
Experience in product marketing and productled growth strategies with the ability to influence product development and gotomarket execution.
Creative thinker with a hacker mentalityyou know how to unlock new growth channels and scale marketing campaigns efficiently.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills capable of crafting compelling brand narratives that resonate with different customer segments.
A true team playercollaborative adaptable and always ready to push boundaries to make things happen.
