About your team & mandate:
Over the past six months Ignition has leaned heavily into growing our selfserve businesshelping more customers trial onboard activate and subscribe with less friction by improving the product experience. Weve built strong foundations in data engineering experimentation and customer insights. Now were looking for a handson Principal Product Manager to drive measurable growth.
In this role youll lead Growth efforts across acquisition activation monetization and retention designing and optimizing experiences that help customers succeed with Ignition. Youll also be the business owner for our selfserve segment responsible for core selfserve metrics reporting on business performance and collaborating crossfunctionally to drive results. This role is both strategic and handsonideal for someone who can shape highlevel strategy while also executing on the details.

Qualifications :
The Successful Candidate Has
Proven ownership of at least one core growth area (Acquisition Activation Monetization Retention) in a $10M ARR SaaS business.
A track record of measurable impactyouve driven real growth and can explain how you did it.
A business owner mindsetcomfortable reporting on selfserve performance identifying growth opportunities and driving crossfunctional execution.
Deep analytical skillscomfortable querying data analyzing trends and turning insights into action.
Customer obsessionyou know growth isnt just about running experiments; its about deeply understanding your users.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentationyou know when to run tests when not to and how to interpret results.
A strategicyettactical mindsetbalancing big bets with quick iterative experiments.
A handson approachwilling to dive into execution while owning highlevel strategy.
Strong communication and leadership skillsable to align teams and rally support for key priorities.
