Job Description
We seek to complement and reinforce the existing team in the Manage Services BU (Network with Cybersecurity knowledge)
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Perform regular network maintenance including upgrades and patch management.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security protocols.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Responsible for providing consulting and advisory services related to network security.
Qualifications :
- Experience and therefore know the ins and outs of networks in general or within a specific specialization feeling at home in medium to large IT environments and knowing all about IT concepts technology and products
- Technical knowledge in the following networking domains and/or technologies:
- Network architectures and concepts SDN IAAS
- WAN LAN WLAN MPLS SDWAN
- Routing and switching TCPIP OSPF BPG etc.
- Cisco Nexus and Catalyst HPE Aruba Cisco Router
- Technical knowledge in the following security domains and/or technologies:
- IP networking & routing
- Firewalling (Palo Alto Fortinet CheckPoint)
- VPN (IPSEC and/or SSL)
- IDS/IPS
- Authentication & Authorization WAN optimization
- Cloud
- Firewall Technical knowledge
- Palo Alto
- Checkpoint
- Fortinet
- CyberSecurtiy Knowledge
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
