Role Overview:
As the Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping FYERS brand presence and driving organic growth across channels. You will define the brand and social media strategies from scratch lead multichannel campaigns and manage a team of talented marketers to position FYERS as the goto platform for active investors in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy from scratch aligned with business objectives.
- Build FYERS as a bold challenger brand in the Indian trading and investment space.
- Drive high ROI on brand investments through creative contentled marketing campaigns.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Define the social media strategy for all branded channels ensuring fullfunnel impact.
- Drive organic growth and engagement through content marketing influencer collaborations and creative storytelling.
- Develop and execute a yearly content and campaign calendar across all channels.
Event Marketing:
- Define the event marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee all brandled events ensuring highimpact execution and measurable results.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Manage all brands social media and events campaigns endtoend focusing on both creativity and datadriven results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create highimpact content and campaigns.
Influencer Strategy:
Develop and lead an influencer marketing strategy to drive both brand awareness and conversion.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team comprising Social Media Event Manager and Brand Marketing Intern.
- Foster a culture of creativity ownership and continuous learning within the team.
Data & Performance Management:
- Brand Awareness and Consideration
- Social Media Engagement & Community Growth
EventLed Acquisition:
- Organic Views & Content Marketing Impact
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to monitor brand health and campaign effectiveness.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Proven experience in brand strategy development and GTM planning.
- 5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing preferably with intentdriven brands.
- Strong expertise in scaling social media channels and driving organic growth.
- Handson experience in 360degree campaign management and contentled marketing.
- Experience working with agencies and managing brand health tracking initiatives.
