Responsibilities of the Business Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Business Studies lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to explore business concepts and develop their entrepreneurial skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Business Studies providing constructive feedback and support.
- Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and departmental resources.
- Stay uptodate with the latest developments in the business world and incorporate realworld examples into your teaching.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Business Studies teaching.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Business Studies Economics or a related field.
- Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Business Studies.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to inspiring students.
