SEN Teacher Positive SEN School Westminster

Location: Westminster
Start Date: April 2024
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real impact A positive and wellresourced SEN school in Westminster is seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join their team in April. Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons tailored to students with a range of SEN needs.
Create a structured supportive and nurturing learning environment.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and support team.
Use adaptive teaching strategies to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
Work closely with parents carers and external professionals to provide holistic student support.
Monitor and assess student progress making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.

Who Were Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with SEN ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting.
A patient compassionate and flexible teaching approach.
Strong knowledge of differentiation strategies and SEN best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
