About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join a highly successful and wellresourced department at an outstanding mixed school near Gloucester. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Art across KS3 & KS4 delivering engaging and highquality lessons.
- Plan and deliver wellstructured lessons that inspire challenge and support students.
- Use datadriven assessment methods to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Contribute to the departments curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain high expectations for student behaviour achievement and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Art Teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4.
- Holds a formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE).
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching Art.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Open to experienced teachers ECTs and overseastrained teachers with QTS.
