Job Description
The Risk Analyst will manage and provide training for the organizations COI tracking system (NetVendor); compile incident reports; monitor COI requests; manage SOV; support Client Program; and provide administrative support for asset acquisitions and dispositions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the daytoday interaction between all project participants brokers and insurers related to risk management and insurance issues.
- Compile underwriting information coverage placement and application review.
- Manage claims administration via collection of information submission of the claims and overview of the claims lifecycle.
- Maintains a detailed schedule of values for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Facilitates surety bond placement and monitors billing and cancellation.
- Assist with the analysis of annual insurance premiums financial performance of insurance programs and determination of billing and premium allocations.
- Assist with the placement of all insurance products as needed.
- Assist with internal communication related to risk management initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders throughout the firm to assist with insurance and risk management requests.
- Policy review.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 24 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in risk management insurance finance or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in risk management insurance or claims management within the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to assess risks analyze data and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage documentation for coverage placement renewals and audits.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams external partners and stakeholders
