Join the Bank of Communications Frankfurt Branch as a Risk Analyst where youll become an integral part of one of Chinas leading financial institutions. Founded in 2007 our Frankfurt branch serves as a vital connection for trade between China and Europe. With a global presence spanning over 2900 branches including key locations in Hong Kong New York Tokyo Singapore Seoul and Macau we offer a dynamic environment for professional growth. As a Risk Analyst you will work within our Credit and Risk Department collaborating with a diverse team of approximately 40 Chinese and German professionals. You will play a crucial role in national and international payment processing overseas trading lending deposit banking and foreign exchange trading. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in risk management and financial services. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a thriving multicultural banking environment.
Tasks
- 1. supporting the daily work of risk management in the Bank including risk reporting limit checks stress tests;
- 2. monitoring the general market situation and the banks risk situation;
- 3. communicating with the Chinese HO on risk management related issues and regular reports;
- 4. supporting the implementation of new regulations and guidelines for risk management
- 5. communicating with external and internal auditors;
- 6. participating in other riskrelated tasks such as annual risk inventory capital planning process operational risk selfassessment liquidity risk forecasting;
- 7. other tasks assigned by the line manager including assistance and support functions;
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field.
- Experience in risk analysis within the banking industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and risk management software.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Flujent in English Chinese and German are preferred.
