Job Description
What youll be doing:

As a Record to Report Analyst youll be at the core of our finance team handling everything from recording financial transactions like invoices and payments to managing asset records and general ledger reconciliations. Youll play a key role in the monthend closing process ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the board.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential in balance sheet and bank reconciliations as well as preparing key monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports. Youll work closely with other finance and nonfinance teams helping to resolve discrepancies and improve processes along the way.
Youll be handson with financial transactions making sure everything is recorded accurately and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monthend closing Thatll be a key part of your role ensuring that reconciliations are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Youll analyse financial data spotting trends and making recommendations for improvements. Whether its testing new financial systems assisting with audits or collaborating across teams youll be a crucial part of our finance operations.

Youll have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in financial reporting ideally within an RTR (Record to Report) process. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help you manage complex reconciliations and financial statements with ease.
Experience with accounting software financial reporting systems and largescale data analysis will set you up for success as will your expertise in Excel and other financial tools. Youll also need strong communication skills as youll be working with multiple teams to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
