As a Finance Analyst/Accountant youll be supporting the Commercial revenue function within our Financial Planning & Analysis Centre of Excellence. Your insights and analysis will help drive accurate timely and meaningful financial performance reporting ensuring we stay ahead in a fastmoving commercial landscape.
Youll be responsible for forecasting revenue management and variance analysis providing key insights that help us optimise commercial revenue and drive growth. Youll also support senior management with ad hoc projects and investment decisions ensuring they have the data and analysis needed to make informed choices.
Working closely with different business units youll help standardise revenue recognition policies and develop best practices that support our broader business objectives. Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards will be a crucial part of your role as well as identifying opportunities to enhance existing revenue processes and systems.
Qualifications :
What youll need to succeed:
Youll bring strong accounting knowledge and experience in revenue recognition forecasting and financial reporting. With an eye for detail youll ensure accuracy and quality in everything you do from financial modelling to variance analysis.
Your ability to communicate complex financial data to both technical and nontechnical audiences will be key as youll work closely with stakeholders across different business units. Problemsolving comes naturally to you and you have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
To thrive in this role youll need to be comfortable multitasking in a fastpaced environment meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards. Proficiency in MS Office SAP Oracle Tableau or similar financial tools will be an advantage.
Whether youre a qualified accountant or have strong relevant experience your expertise in revenue recognition financial reporting and process improvement will set you up for success.
