Job Description
- Coordination performance and evaluation of all activities related to client training for complete WtX RG PtX plants
- Coordination of the training schedule with the clients personnel project team suppliers commissioning and operation teams and internal specialists.
- Performing on site or online training (supported by online learning media)
- Prepare the interactive training system
- Adapt the templates of learning contents to the specific project conditions and create training materials (text graphics photos and animations).
Qualifications :
- 3 years experience in plant operation commissioning training
- Bachelors in mechanical electrical or process engineering
- Knowledge of process engineering and qualification in adult education
- Understanding of technical connections and authoring activities of training material
- Good knowledge of English and Italian every other language will be considered a plus
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
