Position: Senior Project Engineer Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) company in the oil and gas industry. With over 20 years of experience we have established a strong presence in the market and have successfully delivered numerous projects for our clients. Our company is committed to providing highquality services and solutions to our clients and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Taipei Taiwan. Job Overview: As a Senior Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our projects in Taipei Taiwan. You will work closely with the project team clients and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects within the given timeline and budget. Your role will involve planning coordinating and executing various engineering tasks as well as providing technical guidance to the project team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the project including planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation Coordinate with clients vendors and project team members to ensure project objectives are met Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets Provide technical guidance and support to the project team Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and safety protocols Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders Mentor and train junior engineers on project management processes and procedures Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering in the oil and gas industry Experience in EPC projects is highly preferred Strong project management skills including planning budgeting and resource management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Knowledge of industry standards regulations and safety protocols Proficient in project management software and tools Fluency in English and Mandarin is required We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development Dynamic and challenging work environment Supportive and collaborative team culture International exposure and experience If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer looking for a new challenge we would love to hear from you.
