About us

INGgreen GmbH addresses the challenges of todays automotive and tech industry by providing services in test engineering endurance testing application development and process automation. Through our work we help our customers to improve the usability and safety of automated driving systems.

Join our team and help drive the future of selfdriving technology forward.

  • start date: March 2025 or later
  • on site in Leonberg close to Stuttgart
  • the position is initially for one year
  • 40 hours per week (MoFr)

Tasks

Where you will have an impact:

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our training programs and driving data. You will be responsible for ensuring that the fleet operations are carried out to the highest security standards.

  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular assessments of operating standards across teams and individuals to ensure they meet quality standards and objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement in training content delivery and operating standards
  • Monitor and analyse training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs and operating standards
  • In conjunction with Team Leads assist with staff professional development and course completion

Requirements

What you will bring

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Full clean driving licence (no points in driving record proof will be necessary)
  • At least 8 years driving experience mainly in Germany
  1. Full clean criminal record (proof will be necessary)
  • No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
  • Strong driving skills and knowledge and willingness to continue developing
  • All applications are required to disclose any second job as part of the application process
  • All applicants will be subject to a health check (before/after) the offer and should disclose any conditions that may affect their ability to safely operate a vehicle
  • Employment is contingent upon passing random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with our Drugs & Alcohol policy.

Desirable:

  • A recognised Assessor qualification/experience
  • A recognised Quality Assurance qualification/experience
  • ADAS experience
