2. Proficiency with Data Modeling Tools:
1. Proficient in using data modeling tools like Erwin for creating and maintaining logical and physical data models.
3. Business Process Translation:
1. Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into accurate and efficient data models that meet organizational needs.
4. Industry Experience:
1. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus providing valuable insight into industryspecific data structures and requirements.
5. Complex Query Handling:
1. Proficiency in working with large tables and complex joins ensuring data integrity and optimal query performance.
6. PerformanceDriven Modeling:
1. Skilled in modeling tables and database structures with a focus on delivering the best query performance and minimizing response times.
7. AWS RDS Proficiency:
1. Extensive experience with AWS RDS (Relational Database Service) including managing and optimizing relational database systems in the cloud environment.
8. SQL Tuning Expertise:
1. Strong experience in SQL tuning with a proven ability to analyze and improve query performance to meet business needs.
9. NoSQL Database Knowledge:
1. Essential knowledge and experience with NoSQL databases particularly DynamoDB to support a variety of data storage requirements.
10. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
11. Developer Guidance:
1. Ability to guide developers providing recommendations and best practices for database design performance optimization and data management.
12. Database Security and Compliance:
1. Familiarity with database security best practices ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
13. Disaster Recovery and Backup Planning:
1. Experience in planning and implementing robust disaster recovery and backup strategies to protect critical data assets.
14. Automation and Scripting:
