Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location: Dallas TX SAP HCM US Payroll and Benefits Consultant A skilled SAP US Payroll and Benefits Consultant with about 10 years of Implementation and support experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in US Payroll Benefits Schemas and rules with additional experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation or support being a plus.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze design and implement solutions for SAP US Payroll and Benefits.
- Configure and customize Payroll schemas and rules to meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver endtoend US Payroll solutions.
- Provide postimplementation support and resolve issues related to US Payroll and Benefits.
- Support and enhance Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionality (if applicable)
- Conduct system testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and deliver process documentation.
- Stay updated on SAP updates and legal requirement impacting US payroll Benefits and Year End activities.
- Review the released BSI cyclic/TUBs to identify the impact.
Qualifications: - 10 years of handon experience in SAP US Payroll Benefits Taxation and YearEnd activities.
- Indepth knowledge of US Payroll Benefits Garnishment and YearEnd W2 generation configuration.
- Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
- Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of US Payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in HCM or Payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HRIS platforms.
- Handson experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
