Overview:
The SAP HCM & Payroll role is crucial to our organization as it involves managing and optimizing the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll processes. This role ensures accurate and efficient payroll processing and adherence to HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM & Payroll modules
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP HCM & Payroll
- Design and implement custom ABAP solutions for SAP HCM & Payroll
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide enduser training and support for SAP HCM & Payroll functionalities
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting for SAP HCM & Payroll modules
- Manage time management and attendance interfaces with SAP Payroll
- Develop and maintain payroll reports and interfaces
- Participate in system enhancements and upgrades for SAP HCM & Payroll
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & Payroll implementation and support
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Experience in payroll processing and compliance
- Ability to configure and customize SAP HCM & Payroll modules
- Knowledge of SAP time management and attendance interfaces
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
