Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and account management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage contracts renewals and customer support.
Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or related field.
Experience in client relationship management.
Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM Salesforce etc.) is a plus.
