Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at our office located in the Prague city center. This parttime position is ideal for students seeking practical experience in a professional IT environment.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Onsite IT user support in Prague office
- Laptops setup and support
- Responsibility for printers
- Local WiFi network administration
- Event technical support
Qualifications :
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
- English and Czech language is a must
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows iOS Android management
- Basic administrative experience with management of user hardware (laptops mobile phones printers projectors etc.)
- Knowledge of the M365 suite and Google suite is a plus same as administrative knowledge of network devices (router switch firewall access point)
- Very good communication skills
Additional Information :
This is a parttime position requiring onsite presence Monday to Friday four hours daily with preferred hours between 9:30 to 13:30.
