Job Description
Job Title: ESL Kids Premium Teacher
Job Type: Fulltime
Work Schedule: 5day workweek with 2 days off (weekends included)
Learners: Kids (Ages 412)

Join us as an ESL Kids Premium Teacher and inspire young learners with your creativity and energy. Youll deliver engaging interactive English lessons in a fun and supportive environment helping students from China and the Middle East achieve their goals and gain confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured engaging English lessons to young learners using provided materials.
- Use props games and interactive tools to capture young learners attention.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage progress.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all lesson objectives are met.
- Maintain a culturally sensitive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (preferably online).
- TEFL certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Energetic patient and creative teaching style.
- Strong classroom management skills.
What We Offer:
- Training Stipend: PHP 8000 for 2 weeks of training.
- Salary: Up to PHP 35000/month.
