Our Hiring Process

1. Apply & Submit Portfolio Fill our screening questions and share a link to your GitHub profile repository or specific project that excites you (we dont want university projects we want to see what you built out of pure passion).
2. Portfolio Review & Assignment If we like your portfolio well send you a technical assignment. Complete it and send it back we want to see how you think and build.
3. 15Min Tech Chat If your work impresses us youll hop on a 15minute call with Felix (Head of Engineering) to discuss your code and problemsolving approach.
4. 30Min Culture Fit Interview Call with Zina (CEO). Its about making sure our culture and values resonate with you just as much as they do with us.
5. Hackathon Day Youll team up with other top candidates to solve real problems and show us what you can do in action.
6. Decision Time If youre the right fit youll know fast and get an offer to join Yendou. Time to build the future!

Tasks

• Craft and refine highperformance frontend experiences. Develop elegant userfriendly web applications that push the boundaries of UX/UI in clinical research.
• Own the user interface. You will translate complex user needs into intuitive and interactive designs using TypeScript React and Next.js.
• Optimize for performance and scalability. Ensure fast reliable and scalable frontend applications that handle realworld data efficiently.
• Collaborate across teams. Work closely with product designers backend engineers and stakeholders to align on customerdriven development.
• Iterate relentlessly. Ship quickly break things fix them improve and ship again our goal is constant improvement and speed to impact.
• Embrace quality. Follow modern best practices in frontend architecture code structuring and state management to create beautiful highquality software.

Requirements

MustHave Attitude:

• Experience with TypeScript React Next.js.

• C1/C2 English skills (written & spoken).

• Experience with LLM finetuning evaluation and prompting.
• Experience with Charkra UI.
• Background in AI agents or CoPilots.
• Building ETL pipelines for structured data extraction.
