As we continue our rapid expansion were looking for a Head of Growth to spearhead our gotomarket strategy build a scalable sales engine and accelerate customer acquisition across Switzerlandwith many more European markets to follow.
Develop and implement a holistic growth strategyencompassing both directtoconsumer and B2Bto drive demand boost conversions and fuel our expansion into new markets.
Build and manage a highperforming direct sales funnel. Perform & oversee consultation calls optimize lead conversion and establish scalable sales processes to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
While actively engaging in the sales process and closing deals yourself recruit mentor and lead a direct sales team. Set performance metrics ensure effective training and foster a resultsdriven culture that aligns with Aeons mission.
Identify and close strategic partnerships with insurers corporate wellness programs and healthcare providers. Forge new revenue streams by expanding reimbursement eligibility and driving B2B sales initiatives.
Oversee market entry strategies and growth initiatives as Aeon expands across Switzerland and into additional European markets. Adapt gotomarket tactics to local contexts and regulations.
Collaborate with product teams to optimize conversion funnels refine customer onboarding and increase overall engagement. Leverage data and customer insights to inform product improvements.
Proven track record in growth sales or business development leadership rolesideally in health tech insure tech or consumerfocused startups.
Handson experience in building direct sales teams and designing scalable sales processes. Demonstrated success in closing highvalue B2B and directtoconsumer deals.
Comfortable operating under rapidly changing conditions in a startup environment. Motivated by ambitious goals and the opportunity to shape a rapidly scaling company.
Experience orchestrating successful market launches across multiple countries.
Ability to identify negotiate and secure gamechanging collaborations with ecosystem players insurers and corporate entities.
You thrive in analytics experimentation and crossteam collaboration (e.g. product marketing customer success).
Fluency in German and English is essential; French is a plus.
Experienced in hiring coaching and scaling teams across diverse functions and geographies.
Based in Zurich/Winterthur or willing to relocate.
