Job Description
Analyze and define the business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Deep understanding of business processes and technical systems
Act as a liaison between the business units and technical teams
Ensure clear communication detailed documentation and effective implementation of technical projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
Analyze business processes workflows and data for improvements and automation
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Create process flow diagrams data models and system diagrams
Work with technical teams to design and implement technology solutions
Develop test plans test cases and execute functional and nonfunctional testing
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Prepare reports presentations and project status updates
Assist with project planning estimation and timeline management
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices
Suggest improvements to business processes and system capabilities
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field required
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a technologydriven environment required
Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio and others
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills
Certification in Business Analysis or relevant Agile certifications preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems or industryspecific applications preferred
Experience with system integrations data migration and enterprise architecture preferred
Familiarity with automation tools machine learning or AI technologies is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment
Detailoriented with the ability to handle complex technical and business requirements
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
