Job Summary:
A growing telephony technology company is seeking a Technical and Voice Support (NOC) Analyst to join its growing team. The company specializes in cuttingedge telecommunications technology and operates a Network Operations Center (NOC) that supports clients and equipment installations nationwide. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technology supporting Field Technicians during installations and providing technical assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical support for Field Technicians addressing issues related to VoIP routers and other telecom equipment.
- Monitor manage and resolve tickets in the NOC environment escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and voice system issues to maintain operational compatibility.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions effectively to nontechnical clients.
- Contribute to the companys knowledge base and assist in training sessions for team members.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Handson experience with telecom installations NOC operations and ticketing systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills customer interaction abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise.
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux environments and voice technology systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting with rotating shifts and oncall responsibilities.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Technology Networking Telecommunications Management Information Systems or a related field—or equivalent handson experience.
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid position with a mix of inoffice and remote work as required.
- Rotating shifts: 8 AM 5 PM and 11 AM 8 PM.
- Oncall duties after hours and on weekends as needed.
- Temptohire opportunity offering $18$25 per hour depending on experience.
