Role Overview: Senior ITNetwork Administrator

Location: Fully remote or in one of the offices in Mnster Hamburg Wiesbaden Gelnhausen
Remote/ Onsite Policy: 5 days per week home office possible (100% remote)
Language Requirements:
- German (min. C1) English is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for ITNetworking services in projects and ongoing service support.
- Implement and administer network projects both internally and for customers.
- Ensure network security maintain infrastructure and administer system monitoring.
- Create technical documentation for projects and processes.
- Address service requests via a ticket system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing tailored network solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve network infrastructure.
SeniorSpecific Responsibilities:
- Deep expertise in Firewall technologies (especially Sophos and pfSense).
- Advanced network security management and highavailability setups.
- Expertise in routing/switching firewalling wireless LAN QOS 802.1X and dynamic routing protocols.
- Network analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
Key Skills & Technologies (Senior Level):
- Advanced networking experience with routing/switching firewalling (Sophos pfSense) and network security.
- Strong knowledge of QOS 802.1X dynamic routing protocols and network analysis.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Methodical working style with a customeroriented approach.
- Technical documentation experience.
- Drivers License Class B.
Years of Experience Required:
- Senior: At least 3.5 years of practical experience in network administration and infrastructure management.

Contract Specifics:
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (32 hours not possible).
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Vacation: 2830 days per year.
